The hotel is situated in a prime location, just a short walk from the train station and Hoan Kiem lake, making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring the city. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with new towels and bathroom amenities replenished daily. the breakfast is delicious and satisfying, with a range of oriental and western dishes available.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. the location was perfect, as it was in a less crowded area but still within walking distance to all the attractions in the city center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. They even helped me with organizing trips and activities during my visit. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and either a small high window with a view on the lobby or a balcony overlooking the street. this hotel offered great value for money and provided all the basic amenities I needed during my stay.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Great staff who helped us with all our needs. We particularly appreciated their kindness when our room was not ready on time. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. One more thing we liked was the complimentary drinks we received upon arrival, a nice touch.
Our experience at the hotel was not completely satisfactory. Our room was quite small, and we had issues with the air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep soundly.
