the staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, even though I didn't make any purchases. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the Hanoi Railway Station and the airport bus stop. the room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a big window. the hotel also offered a great breakfast and a relaxing spa experience.
